A 124-unit 6-story apartment building, including 7500sf of retail space and a 100-car parking garage, the project was developed by Gerding/Edlen Development Company in cooperation with TriMet, the City of Portland and the Goose Hollow Neighborhood Association. The project consists of a mix of studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with 40% affordable units. The brick 5-story building is located adjacent to the Jefferson Street light rail station.
Scope of work included review and input to the Architects on the development of floor plans of the apartments and public areas, review and input on casework and lighting design, appliances, plumbing fixtures and hardware, and complete architectural finish specifications for the project. Project included design of a model apartment and design of all community spaces. Artwork for public spaces was selected.
